DYND IH is a prototype and a demo unit of Dynimated’s first phygital asset developmental project, which is one of its kind in the world. DYND IH is an experimental unit and project initiated by Dynimated Italy, which will be used as a hub of further and extensive research and development, as well as a rally point for building a community of inventors and innovators and creators.

We call it DYND IH v1 (version 1) being a first of a kind phygital property its ever-changing updating upgrading and never seizing to transform, because it’s ALIVE, it’s a being and entity of its own! As it’s still in development, forever evolving and expanding phygital creature, in its full form and version it will be hosting an ecosystem based on blockchain which will function in sync with the phygital property and enable physical, digital and virtual exchanges and collaborations not only locally but globally.

First of its kind ‘phygital’ (physical + digital) property, combining intellectual and physical assets into one, layered with multiple asset classes i.e. real estate, tech hardware, software, digital content and media. Using their pioneering futuristic technologies such as Holography, Blockchain, & Augmented Reality, Dynimated is all set to revolutionise immersive visual experiences, with their patented technologies, design and processes.
